I ordered some bilstein shocks from shockwarehouse on October 4th and I still have not got them yet I never got a email with my order confirmation don't buy from this company bad customer service horrible company

sorry for the rant just thought id give yall a heads up

 

souns ike there having some serious logistical issues ..... had this happen with other on-line company's my self .... call them and make your case , express ship your stuff or refund... thats what i did ... , my stuff was at the door on monday afternoon

 

yeah the guy tells me there's nothing they can do oh and I forgot to mention that the shocks are backordered well if there backordered why not list that on the site I would have gone someware else I went with shock warehouse cause they had the best price I would have paid more just to have my shock here faster STAY AWAY FROM SHOCKWAREHOUSE!!!!!

 

LOL... hear ya there .... I had a brake job done at a local tire shop ( LS) and crashed my truck cause they forgot the pawls that go between the wheel cylinders and the shoes .... they said oh well your account went to collections so you warentee is no longer valid .... this of course after my grandfgather died and The next monday I was laid off .... yeah .... bad day at the office ....
