no oil pressure!!!
Ok, change oil filter and check it with a known good gauge, if nothing you most likely gonna want to check your radiator as well, if no oil in there your pump shaft may have sheered off, not gonna be fun, if this happened your gonna most likely want to pull all the bearings one at a time to check for scoring and galling, hope the filter is in bypass or some sort of internal failure in filter, keep us posted please

the shaft that runs the oil pump, engine bearings, smoke is a sign of burning oil off of the cylinder walls .... possibly
could just be a bad sensor or sending unit too ... check the obvious first of course

Never smoked before though?
If infact ur pump is shot .... tye smoke would be due to hot cylinders ..... scoring would be my next worry if ur pump is not pumping lube , need to get a guage hooked up and verify no oil pressure ..... passenger side rear of the engine is where the guage port is located
