Default LB7 Valve Lash?

Got 288,000 miles on it now and it sure seems like it's louder than it was when I drove it of the lot. Valve lash has never been adjusted in all those miles. Think it needs it? If so, anyone know the procedure and clearances? Driving down the road it seems like a good bit of the noise is rocker arm to valve stem. Am I just imagining things?

.012 forgot the sequence but im sure the search button will help you. They always were significantly quieter after the adjustment.
