98 Ram5.9 Cummins

Have 98 5.9 12valve Cummins that dies when placed in reverse with a/c on. Functions ok with a/c off. Thanks for suggestions. Themajor

I would remove the serpentine belt and see how the ac compressor clutch is acting if the shaft is spinning freely or if its hard to turn.
