U joints dont squeak, but it may be your carrier bearing, you can crawl underneath and pull on the u-joints and see if any move if not them something else.

Default U-Joints

I had to replace the U-joints a few months back at 71k. If I can recall it wasn't a squeaking, but more of a clicking. Mostly in Drive, not in reverse. If it's not that bad I would spray some royal purple on em until they go out. You'll know when they go out.

If you hit the throttle and let off and hear a clank sound, one is bad somewhere, its hard to tell by noise, because I check by touching them and wathcing the caps and see if it will move in and out of any of the caps on the u joints.

Found out the noise i heard was my rear drum break assembly. It was pretty much in 100 pieces. I did also need new U-joints i could feel the play in the drive shaft when letting on and off the gas.
