Default Head gasket or injector sleeves?

Hi I'm new on this site, I just picked up a 02 duramax with 226k miles crew cab for 3500 bucks

Problems, for every 300 miles I add a gallon of coolant no visable leaks small water pump leak only couple of drops, from what I've read when the head gaskets go on these trucks they pressurize the coolant system and they spill out overflow tank, not happening here so I'm assuming its burning it. I can run the truck all day and remove coolant cap and there is no pressure in tank.

Replaced coolant cap
Bleed coolant system
No coolant in oil

What you guys think? Injector sleeves?

Injector cups would usually leak around orings at top putting coolant in your oil. I would lean towards hg. They don't always push coolant.
