How about YOU get more specific first. What exactly are you doing with this truck, and what are your overall goals? Quite frankly, if I had that setup, that money, and was just daily driving it...I'd put the cash in my pocket to pay for fuel and drive it until the tires were bald.

However, if you are building for power (pulling, racing, buttcheek-dyno, stoplight warrior...) then set an overall power goal and REINFORCE the powerplant to MAINTAIN that goal. Bear in mind that it's a snowball effect too...

As for my chip in for your spending, I'm with 94 12valve...stud it, get a good lift pump and maybe a modified overflow valve to go with it, and invest in a good turbo to keep it cool and clean as you turn the pump up. Also, gauges and KDP fix, if they haven't already...and tune the AFC, but that's more or less free.

I'd do this setup, with studs and o-rings.
