12 valve cummins fuel plate removal

I am wondering on just how long it would take to remove the fuel plate. And any tools i need to do the job? And if it would be easyer to buy one or grind it my sel

No issue that this is in the wrong section?

But I have heard people getting it done in around an hour if you know what you're doing.

really depends on if the tampper proof screws are replaced or not if there not an hour or so if they have been replaced 20-30min
