Default Fuel plate question

I just bought a 95 12v and am lookin to get the most power out of it as I can would I make more power with out a fuel plate or should I just buy a 0

If you have a bunch of miles on your injectors get some new ones that are a little bigger. 215HP or 230HP,, or if you have supporting mods 5x.012

It's auto and completely stock I got it from some old man and he hadn't done anything to the truck so now it's still all stock besides exhaust
