Help.. p0006f code and runs bad..

If I clear it it runs like it should for for 30 seconds or so then doesn't run right.. acts like it wont hit the second stage of turbo or really build much boost.. any ideas???

07.5 6.7 w/ smarty deletes studs sb dd recently put used turbo on..
