Default Wheel Spacers

I have a 3500 GMC dually and recently put larger tires on it. They were touching just a bit without a load.. I installed 1/2 inch spacers for clearence. My question is by loosing 1/2 inch on my threads will I still have enough threads to function ok. Thanks Man With The Keys..
