Hey all. I need some serious help. Im a ford guy, and know nothing about modding a cummins. My dads turbo went out in his 08, and wants to replace it, since it is out of warranty. Ive done a tad of research, and havent had too much luck. He would like to do a DPF delete and a tune, with the addition of a new turbo. He tows quite a bit, and occassionally hauls heavy, so he needs something reliable. I know smarty and HandS are out of the tuning picture right now. What options does he have for around 3k? Also, what shop can help him with installation in PA? Thanks guys.

PS. Truck is driveable, but its throwing a CEL. Stealership says his turbo is shot. He noticed a slight performance decline, but not too bad. Thanks.
