99-02 Cab Lights on 94-98?

Can the 99' - 02' Cab lights bolt up to a 94' - 98' truck that already ha cab lights?

They will fit the only thing I can think of is the mounting holes maybe be forward and aft on the stock lights vs the port and starboard on the 99-02 lights.
