Default Drag Racing Transmission

Not going to even act like I have a clue what I'm talking about when it comes to big rigs, but I'm slowly learning. I've been looking into how to dial up the hp on them and it's brought up a few questions. Mainly one though. You can make all the power in the world, but without a trans to harness it its no good. I've stumbled across these drag racing videos of big rigs with over 1000hp and some pushing 2000. They for sure use manuals and I'm assuming they're 18-speeds. But what are they (manufaturer/model #'s) to hold up to this power???
