Default 2010 6.7 cummins Overheating...?

2010 6.7 dodge laramie Cummings. Has H&S EGR delete on it. Have not had any issues until I had this kit put on. Under a load the truck overheats, goes down 20 degrees goes back up. Trucks acting like its vapor locking. Has brand new turbo, new head bolts, new thermostat, new injectors, water pump. I can release the radiator cap and a ton a air and antifreeze comes out, the truck immediately cools off then as soon as I get back on the highway it's headed right back for 240+. I don't have any of these issues until I'm towing a load. Really confused on what's going on...someone here maybe had the same problem?

Yes autocorrect does suck at times . No the oil is clean, no water. Head gasket has been checked anyway. Just went through a major overhaul in that area. I am almost wondering if it has to do with my EGR delete and the coolant route on it.

What tune are you running, When they did the gasket the head should have been magna fluxed for cracks. If it was ok the should of decked it and then put at least ARP 425s in.

Just pressure test the head its a better deal. sounds like you have some idiots working on your truck if they didnt check.the head. IF it has had blown a hg. i will bet the head needs decked cause i bet its not close to being flat. As well a good machine shop to put the correct finish on the head the wrong finsh with the mls gasket could result in hg failure as well. Also be sure they check the block for being flat there short cutting or not paying attention to something

Take a coolant psi tester, install it on your overflow tank run at 1200rpm for 1-2 min, if it spikes psi quickly you have a issue, crack or upside down HG
