Default Hissing noise

hey im new to this site and diesel engines...I have a hissing noise coming from behind the turbos, as well as quite a bit of cab noise at higher rpms. I have ran out of trouble shooting ideas and would like some help on what the issue may be so I dont spend countless dollars at the dealership

Check the flex pipe sections in the up-pipes. very common to spring a leak there. Most I see are the passenger side, you can see it from up top. Black part of the pipe=soot

turns out its a hole in the y-pipe...which is unfixable to the normal man in his garage considering the cab has to come off....little over 1600 to fix...pretty happy..not
