What gears are getting the best MPG
I'M running 35s with 4.10 gears Edge tuner cold air intake 4" out back and can't get 15

I could get 21+mpg when running 35s, stock ECM, and 4.10s...did you recalibrate the speedo/odometer for the 35s? That was with BFG ATs...

With these trucks its a lot of driver input and somewhat with tire selection...if the tires roll hard or you have a heavy foot, mileage will suffer.
