Default Tranny problems

Hey guys I am having what I think are transmission problems in my 03 dodge diesel. It seems to have no power when first cranked and it happens to be cold weather here so Im not sure if that has anything to do with it but as it warms up power seems to get better and shifting gets better. Im assuming its tanny problem because ive had some before. Gas pedal will get hard spot in it and the truck down shifts with a jerk around 30-35 mph but you can stomp the pedal and hard spot goes away and truck shifts perfectly fine until the hard spot returns. any suggestions??

Yeah, VB problem with the TV pressure valve. Sonnax makes a fix for that specific problem.

Luckily a new fuel filter fixed the no power problem. But a new tv valve will fix the hard spot in the pedal?

Yeah, the plunger and\or barrel gets a rim worn in it and it starts sticking. The Sonnax kit addresses those issues.
