new cummins owner here
hey guys my name is kenneth. i just recently bought a 99 dodge 2500 quad cab 4x4 with auto trans. the truck has over 400000 miles on it the enigine was shot. the trans has less then 200 miles on it. i bought another motor for 2k has 130000 miles on it. i swapped the engine took me about 22 hrs. i am a mechanic so i have some exsperiance but this is my first cummins. i found the easiest way to swap the engine was to lift the cab. if u look under album i have some pics
