Hey gonna replace glow plugs and terminals soon ..just wanna get some first hand experience as too which ones to get i usually get acdelco 60g ...kinda leary on ssdiesel supplys instant heat as its non gm product and glow plugs are electrical so 60g 's best bang for the buck bout $80 at oreilys and about 116$ summit racing...same plugs.thanks fer your input

 

Bosch Duratherms are best,even better than 60G's.
Rock auto has a decent price.Do a google search for rock auto discount codes.

 

Will do i appreciate it..also might i ask i am rebuilding a budfy of mines 6.5 td mechanical and i usually build gassers but i was wondering if you knew if one the first batch of oil after rebuild do you mix any zinc additive with the rotella like gas engines break in? wayne over at diesel stop after his 12 valve builds just runs reg oil keeping in mind we both use lucas assembly lubr on all contact points before assemblling.thank you sir

 

I only use permatex ultra slick on bearings and wear surfaces:
PERMATEX 81950 ULTRA SLICK Engine Assembly Lube $5.95 BUY ONLINE

And light oil on the cylinder walls myself,of course ARP thread lube on fasteners.

Then regular dino oil in the sump.
