Default Mod List

Hey Guys, I have put together a mod list i would like to use on my truck over the next couple of years. I am pretty set on my choices, but would also like to know other peoples recomendations on the engine build side of this. I have a couple of questions of a supporting fuel system however maybe some of you could answer. Im looking for 450-500hp and with my research i think i will achieve that with these mods.

Here it is,

1. New door hinges
2. Rear bumper from Hardknox Bumpers
3. Front bumper from HardKnox Bumpers
4. D60 swap with coil overs
5. Air bags on rear
6. Rebuilt zf5, I don't know what kind of internal mods i will need to support this power.
7. Southbend 550hp clutch
8. Bell HFSB turbo and a intercooler off of a SD
9. Rosewood Stage II injectors
10. Custom tunes
11. Manual Pcm (still running an auto from swap)
12. Rancho rs 9000 schocks
Heres the fuel system that im unsure of
13. Some sort of upgraded Hpop
14. Airdog 100gph
15. Some sort of 4" lift
16. 35" Toyo M/t's

Any suggestions/recomendations would be greatly appreciated! all of the engine mods will come after an engine rebuild.

For the Hpop, a SRP1 or adrenaline are good choices. Could also just use a 17* out of a superduty...

For the fuel system, I would go with a superduty electric fuel pump with pre/post filters and a regulator...

Lastly, for 450-500, you are probably gonna need more than stage 2 injectors. You need to be looking at something at least 200cc... Something like a 200/30-80 or a 238/80 would do the trick...

Ya, I would do springs, pushrods, and head studs...

Okay cool. I was already considering them, just wasn't sure if they were really needed in my hp goal

A hpop out of a 99 or new 7.3 would work in an obs? I want to upgrade mine and I have a stock one from A 99 laying around.

If your truck is a 96 or newer then yes. But the hpop in an E99 is the same as the one you have.
