dunno check make sure that the wire is connected well into the trailer plug. if not go and trace the wire and look for a break.

If you are using an adapter try a different brand or maybe it is bad.

I have no power in the wire at the back of the cab. the right side works just fine. I am not sure if the relay for that function is built into the fuse box, becouse it seems like the relay for the right side is inside the box some how

I am pretty sure a module controls blinkers instead of a relay or flasher tube on CRs. I could be way off though....

On the 03, it should be fused under the hood...pull the cover and check all the fuses, I am pretty sure there are left and right turn signals, and tail lights, as well as a maxi-fuse for the 12-volt lead. Likely a bad fuse.

For what its worth, the relays used to control the turn signals are at their limit when fused at the OE rating. You will do yourself a favor if you reduce each of the trailer turn signal and tail light fuses by 5 amps (in other words, if its got a 15 amp fuse, put in a 10 amp)...

This was a mid/late-05 thing...the PCM has a resetable circuit breaker, but it can only be reset so many times before you replace the entire PCM (for around $600 the last time I heard).

The early 3rd gens (03 and 04) had relays and fuses for each one, and while the relays can go bad; if you know someone handy with electronics they can replace just the relays.
