Comments: " Oxidation is severely high, Potassium is moderate level, Flagged additive levels are different than what should be present for the lubricant that is identified for this unit. Data was rechecked and confirmed."

BTW air filter was changed 3200 miles after installing 5w40.

Note: first number is for 5w40 DEO, the second number is for 5w30 HDD

Was there any more info? Did they give you any ideas of what is happening or what they might change/suggestions?

Those values show normal results for extended drain intervals, should of kept the oil in.

The TBN was good for both samples, when the number gets below 2 then it is time to change oil.

The sodium and Potasium is coolant ingression but not much since the sodium stayed low.

Only 10,000 miles on one sample and 8,500 on the other? I went 40,000 and 5 years before I took my first sample, that came back good for continued use.

The oil was fine in this case and in no need of change.

other than the oxidation being high nothing else would be a flag on this report.

Alot of times residual oil left behind can scew results, this is why it is best to stick with a lubricant and trend the result's, alot of issues will self correct when you follow the rules.
