Well another dealer ship **** show bought my new truck this july
Special order..a/c seats..heat 8 way adj nice right
Drive the truck to florida on the return trip
I notice sqeaking noise from my drivers seat everytime i hit bumps or do
A hop in the seat...well long story short dropped off at herb chambers danvers
And they say its normal....ya NO sry guys been a tech for 20 yrs aint ur
Average joe.. and that is not normal or just breaking in..well my thing is this anyone with a 2011 or 2012 with 6,000 miles or under or over
Getting a sqeak or noise when you hit bumps? If so whats the fix guy told me fan but its a big job and the typical warranty i dont wonna do the job ****...so any imput wud be great

 

i have a 2011 with the heated/cooled 8 way seat and it does not squeak, take it to another dealer and let them know what the first dealer said

 

Well took it apon my self and removed seat...for anyone having a
Squeak creek noise i found the problem
Remove seat you have a fan nxt to fhe fan is a relay housing
...relay housing is what making noise rubbing agenst fan makeing
Squeaking noise... so re position the low seat pad put everything
so its not touching and tada noise is gone...to bad the dealership couldnt
Have fig it out!!!! Took 1/2 hour of my time..

 

You should write dodge and let them know what you found and send a copy of the dealership receipt with it. You could save the next guy a lot of trouble and time. That's how service bullitens are born.
