truck is running around 12lbs of boost then all the sudden (around 45mph usually) it takes of hard. (some times takes longer than 45 and sometime slower, but 45mph is pretty close to usual)
If your over 60mph it runs fine but drop down to 30-45 and it takes forever to get it to really go again.
No smoke that I can see, maybe a faint amount.

Fuel psi comes up to 16-19,000psi and when it lets loose it and the boost jump instantly to 25lbs and 25,500psi

So everything is working and I figured one without the other would cause smoke but I'm at a loss, injectors balance out within 1.5 + or -. From what I can see its hitting desired fp. I haven't looked at the vvt %'s yet.

Anyone ever heard of such a thing.


egr hooked up or deleted, same thing
lift pump hooked up or not, same thing but pulls higher speeds a little quicker.

 

Found a finger stick, took it out and it hauls azz, don't know why but something is messed up.

 

ECM probably thought the EGR was open. it uses a different, lower, fuel map with it open. any codes from this?

 

Cel is on but haven't checked.
I am waiting for the efi live I just got to get here, any suggestion how to use the thing, I'm prob going to need a little help or at least it would be nice to know rather than guess.
