Default 6.4 DPF Delete

My dad got a 2008 6.4 f250 the other day with bad egr coolers in it and ended up hydro-locking the engine. the shop he took it to delete the egr coolers and said the truck would run a limp mod till he go a tuner and highly suggested an H&S tuner along with the DPF delete. personally i can completely understand why they want to put that tuner in the truck, but the company i worked for a while ago had a lot of 6.4's that they did the dpf delete too and they did it with a tuner that all it did was delete the DPF codes i have looked online and i can not find anything like this. now being as my dad is old and feels that the truck has enough horsepower as it is and plans on using it to pull a lot with some unskilled drivers in it he dose not want to put a performance tuner in it. So dose anyone know where i can find something that only deletes the codes and dose not increase the horsepower.

H&S has tunes ranging from mild to hot damn and it deletes the codes regardless if you go with the mini maxx you can change tuning on the fly for additional horsepower if he wanted it, if he is planning on pulling with it it is a set of gauges as well which he I would reccomend for towing regardless. It just protects your equipment.

The mini maxx uses the factory pyro on the 6.4 so you don't need to buy one either just the tuner
