How to get PMD out in less then 10 minutes
Here's how I got mine out, used a torx driver that I ground down which was hot-glued inside of a 1/4" rachetting wrench and the appropriate sized allen wrench I shortened

OBD-I truck single T-Stat housing if your 94 in users profie is still correct very easy to do as you suggest, OBD-II with dual stats a whole different animal.
