I'm looking into buying an 04 chevy duramax reg cab but unfortunately it's got the work truck package so manual windows and mirrors. What i'm wondering is if anyone knows how difficult it would be to swap on a pair of doors with power windows/locks/mirrors and wire it all up? Any helps appreciated!

 

Probably a huge pain in the butt I personally hate wiring!

 

I actually work with a guy that has 2 3500's one which is just as you discribed. He had to change out something with the ECM of all things. That is the brain of just about everything. I maybe wrong but I do remember talking about this exact topic with him and he has swapped them from stock doors to the doors with pwr everything. He mainly wanted the power windows and locks. I do know that it was a pain in the butt however, he got it done.
