Hey guys its me again ! well left in my 95 GMC 3500 6.5 TD today , ran fine till got up to running temp ! Started spittin and sputtering ,than wouldnt run over 20 mph on the floor ! stopped let it cool down ran fine again till got back up to temp Ive put a new PMD with Heat Sync from SSDiesel mounted on top of intake doesnt have 100 miles on it !! Sounds like PMD to me ? Im about to give up put a Cummins in it any feed back would be great and does anyone know if it is PMD will SSDiesel make it right ?

 

Get the PMD out of the engine compartment behind the front license is the best place for it in my opinion cooler there and less vibration,try running it again and when it repeats those symptoms try pouring cool water on the PMD and see if that straightens it out till it's warm again,oh SS may not warranty it due to present location

 

thanks Mayham went out this mornig t check that PMD and decided to just go ahead and relocate it ... So i mounted it under dash on drivers side ! and found out there were no bolts in my IP pump so fixed that and runs like a dream !!!!!!
