Default Cylinder Contribution Test Codes

Ok so it's a 96' f350. Exhaust, intake, 6 pos chip, rosewood stage 2 sticks. I took a 500 mile trip and got the code p1211 and check engine light twice but I also get p0263, p0266, and p0281 when I run cylinder contribution test. I also have a white haze smoke that is very light when I get on it just a little bit. It's really noticeable at night when a car is behind me and it looks like fog.

Anybody have ideas?

Thanks!

So after looking the codes up, cylinders 1,2, and 7 have a default. Can somebody explain this to me? It passed the test with flying colors before the injector install. Could I have done something wrong to make these codes come up or is something really wrong?
