starting problems

starting problems
brought in dealer for rough starts. $1700.00 later still rough or no start. replaced pump in tank, check valve at rail, now they are saying ecm. told to quit throwing darts at parts and left with my truck. 
it has a code p0606....lost faith in dealer, or stealer... any help out here
