When you drive it easy the truck runs fine but about half throttle it spits and sputters and smokes then if you put it to the floor it smooths out. just installed new pmd and pickup pump and air cleaner and checked numerous other things Hope someone can help thanks

It may be the PPS?????????????but i would think it would throw at least the service throttle soon light

 

just started having starting problems yesterday it started and then died and it took about thirty minutes to get it started again and someone told me it might be my IP going bad

 

IP's usually when they start going bad are hard to start when they are hot this is easily diagnosed by pouring cool water on the IP then it will start right up,Kinda sounds like a CPS mine went bad and showed no codes if you replace you're CPS buy a AC/DELCO CPS dont use a BWD as they are junk and will act the same as a bad CPS
