Just got back from a meeting where this paper was explained in more detail. The big thing to remember when looking at the results is an oil is only as good as it's weakest point. If an oil does well on most tests, but fails badly in one test, it will in reality bring down it's effectiveness in other tests. Eg. The GM oil did pretty well overall, but was one of the worst for foaming, which will actually make it less effective under extreme pressure. The same with the Mopar.
The stuff that comes from the factory is questionable???
