You can treat one time just to clean it out and then it's only recommended every 4000 miles. If any interest, give me a shout. One bottle treats 20 gallon. Anything over 20 just used the one bottle so that's all you need.

I can say this stuff works put it in my neighbors 88 chevy as he was complaining it was sputtering and running really rough. Now the thing purrs like a kitten. Difference was real quick. Also worked well in a 99 tahoe.
