I,ve been adding 1 qt of atf to my 30 gal tank ever since ultra low sulfer fuel came out. havent had any problems. anybody elase do it ?

way tooooo many additives like friction modifiers , antifoam and crap like that, not ment to be burnt so it maks an ash deposite that ends up in yer oil.............use 2 stroke oil as its ashless and ment to be burned

ps and tranny fluid is way old school like truckers from the 60's

 

I,am a old owner operator trucker may,1978 till july of 2000.

 

Some guys claim to run filtered waste atf any wheres from 50/50 mix right up to straight atf. I personally have never tried it.

 

I wouldn't add ATF to a truck with a DPF

I put it ATF every couple weeks. Seems to work like a charm. Hell some shops fill fuel filters with ATF instead of diesel. Now I don't think I'd run straight ATF though.
