How much 2 Cycle do you run per gallon/ or tank. Mines a 34 gallon I believe could be wrong

You say "best additive" I'm assuming you're talking about the best lubrication additive?

In that case it's 5% bio added to your diesel. Yes, far more lubricative than 2-cycle oil.

I personally use Opti-lube products.

yes B-5 is the very best............if ya can get bio in yer area that is
I wish they would mandate B-5 just for this reason

I use a half oz 2 cycle per gallon

Google search for Co-ops in your area, or make a craigslist post looking for bio diesel. 5% mix in a 30 gallon tank is hardly any, but just enough to make an excellent lube.

Im going to try that... Till then Im going to give 2 cycle a shot Ill Fill up on Thursday and add 2 8oz bottles of oil to the tank and see how that works.

Man I just red the test study and that power service is JUNK!! I ordered a quart of Opti-Lube XPD on the spot and am on the hunt for some bio in my area

there is a thread somewhere that has a list of different additive, including motor oil, 2 cyl oil and so on... forget where it is, but it also lists what is the cheapest for the best performance. it was in a WMO topic i think on a ford diesel site
