Default fuel mileage improvment

So i had to replace the injectors in my 02 dmax and i put over sized in. There only 30% over stock bit my mileage went way down even when drivin her really nice. I have a ppe progran but it doesnt seem to help. Any suggestion on what i can do?

I think you will have to clean your air filter because dirty air filter keeps flow of air into the engine, which affects performance and economy.

I just cleaned it 3 weeks ago and it didnt make any difference.

Get more air to engine,open up exhaust.This should match the new injectors and give you better mileage.

Iv got the biggest afe air intake i can fit under the hood. Iv got a 4 in straight piped exhaust. I get around 14 to 15 mph. I was gettin 19 to 20 b4 new injectors

If you want to increase your fuel mileage then you will have to reduce your speed because faster you move, your engine has to work hard, it doesn't mean to go slower. maintain constant speed using cruise control. Fill up the gas completely and keep your tank above 70% fuel in it so that engine will receive great supply of fuel.
