As prices of fuel keep going up, the Auto industry will have a hard time building our type of vehicles. Our vehicles value will decrease significantly as fuel prices keep inflating. How do we combat against this?

we don't, it's been tried, it won't affect the industry, if we all don't buy diesel fuel today, we're just gonna have to buy it tomorrow, plus if my knowledge is correct which i'm not 100% sure that it is, automobiles only account for 20% of the average consumption of fuel daily the other 80% comes from industry which will not stop doing what it's doing, if anything it'll increase because high priced fuel brings in revenue to the companies that are making the fuel which creates more jobs for everyone in a round about way, not saying it needs to be $4-5 a gallon, but just stating my opinion on the situation at hand, diesel trucks will always be the choice for people that need to get work done

I read a report from back in Oct that increased our exports of diesel to over 600,000 barrels of diesel a day over seas. BTW that's over 25 million gallons per day we were exporting and we then wonder why the price keeps going up as the exports keep our supply low that in turn pushes the price higher. Also thank the white house for its ban of no new off shore oil wells in the gulf for the next 7 years.
