just saw this . i didnt read everything but just wanted to chime in.
my neighbor and i have been using the extreme biodiesel kit for a month or so now.
extremebiodiesel.com only problem so far has been a few leaks from whatever they use to seal the threads. but as i find them i replace with teflon tape. fuel rated.
and i think they sell fuel too. not sure if its the same place. but there is a place here locally that does sell it.
going rate this week when i called them last was 3.28 a gallon.
i love the setup. on the expensive side. but its simple.i bet a 7year old could make it
! but i avg 60 gallons a week in my truck for work. plus playtime on the weekends. it sure will pay for itself soon.

To which part are you referring? If you want to make and run your own biodiesel do it, all he was saying is that he has seen a lot of problems with biodiesel made in someones garage. It's the same thing as running WVO. Just because the engine burns it doesn't mean it should.
On another different thought, if you are going to make your own diesl you had better check your state laws. I remember hearing stories of people getting in trouble for not paying fuel taxes or something like that.
