$3.78 in Des Moines, IA. I had a talk with a fella from Chevron and he laid the blame on 2 groups of people : oil speculators who keep driving up the price and the EPA

I blame the democrats, that won't let us "DRILL BABY DRILL", BTW It's $3.95 a/gallon
