To give you a rundown its a genetically engineered cyanobacterium that secretes diesel when it runs it processes (similar to photosynthesis it appears). A one acre facility can produce 15k gallons of diesel a year, at $30 a barrel, a process four times more efficient than current algae reproductions of diesel.

Its a interesting concept, now lets see if they can make it work
