cheapest i've seen ULSD is $3.83 a/gallon in MIAMI

I'm paying $3.67 in Dallas, and i just saw another station with it in the $3.50's

A dream ... meanwhile in germany ... i had to pay 1.54 €/ltr. A dollar buys 0.75 € and a gallon is 3.78541 ltr. That's dirt cheap $7,77 gallon of diesel . You might ask: "Dirt cheap ?!?" And i'll tell ya: Yes ! Because diesel is 10% cheaper then gas in germany. By the way, the highest price for diesel i've seen this year was in turkey at about $11 a gallon.
