I was paying $3.75 a gallon in Monteagle, TN (the closest diesel to my mountaintop home) Right now, I don't have diesel expenses other than the teardown of the engine due to an EGR failure. The Diesel Shop in Manchester will be doing the wrenching after the Thanksgiving holiday. Meanwhile my Beast is plugged in to keep the engine warm until the tow truck shows up.

cheapest ULSD i've seen while driving thur the bad part of town was $3.73 a/gallon in miami

Just filled my tank with diesel this evening.....man that freaking HURT!! I guess the turkey dinner is out of the equation now.......guess Ill be having crow, beans and popcorn for TG.
