Can they just randomly check your fuel? Thats a hell of a fine.............
My neighbor mixes MMO in his 12 valve. Im assuming he's screwed if he is "dipped"?

 

Around here it varies... At the truck stop where i fill up its 4.39 a gallon and at a gas station in st.cloud Mn its 4.54 a gallon.. let's just say I havent stopped in there yet... Haha

 

This summer in ND All diesel's had to pull threw the rest areas and all diesel's were getting there fuel checked. And this included diesle cars and pickups. They made a lot of money!!

 

Lowest I've seen in miami is $3.99 a/gallon

 

Diesel is still holding at like 4.39 a gallon and gas just dropped to 3.59 a gallon... Hello fuel companies?? Since when does it cost 80 cents a gallon more to make friggin diesel then gas??

 

I can run red in my big trucks like the detroit and 855 cummins cause they are animal husbandry vehicles and all they can do is haul feed and poop but defiantly no in the pickup they seem to dip tanks at the sale barn alot!!

it takes a hundred eighty gallons to fill my tractor... that burns 13 gallons an hour stirring manure... its only pushing 340 horse

 

Yes the department of transportation officers are the the worst. They will dip anybodys tank that looks suspicious around here. But theres like 50% of vehicles here are diesels.

Yep its a 10k fine. Id only use it in emergenies.

In a particular intersection, not too far from my house, there are two Valero gas stations directly caddi-corner from eachother. Both sell diesel. One has it for $4.01 per gallon, the other has it for $3.84 per gallon. The station that has it for $3.84 is newer and has more pumps. Man, I just dont get it!!
