Oxygen
Hey Guys,I'm new here, but belong to alot of forums.
I've been looking at water injection, propane, and nitrous for added Power.
It seems to me nitrous is used for oxygen content, propane to slow burn for 100% combustion, water to cool charge= more oxygen.
My question is can oxygen be trickled into intake, according to boost.Lets say cheaper welding oxygen,or medical grade oxygen.
Or misting peroxide after turbo with water injection.

Hey oldsinner111,I just hapened to see your pics when I logged on. I was wondering how your fuel mileage changed with all the mods. Are you running an intercooler? I have heard these motors cant take alot of boost. I am in the process of re-powering a jeep cherokee with an om617 turbo. I would like to increase power without hurting economy,I am new to the benz, any advice would be appriciated! thanks.

Big Bang maybe so,but what about pure peroxide then h2 o2?
FTE no I don't have a intercooler yet.I only run high boost when cold for now.Summer I keep it at 14psi.
The fan mod helped with take off,and removing Alda really makes power.I have not yet turned the enrichment screw in pump up.I aways either add one gallon veggie because of this low shulper fuel.Or add one quart 2 cycle oil.Reducing friction really brings the Beast out.o to 60 times 10.7.

Thanks for the update! I am hoping to get the kind of performance/mileage I need without getting too crazy. I think the jeep weighs in @ 3000lb so that shedds a few lbs from the doner 300sd, it moved fairly well even with a wounded trans!! I dont really know if anything has been done to mine, just pulled the motor the other day and havent had time to clean it up and check it out. I plan on adjusting the valves & setting ip timing for starters.
