yeah high quality for sure but they will get a bad rap for not making good on their samples

 

Well crap, I didn't even get a mailer And I always get junk mail. Not that I'm saying theirs is but, I seem to get anything that is mailed. That's why my recycle bin is next to my mailbox

 

I got their mailer yesterday. No sample. Just a bunch of B.S. I felt the need to share my thoughts of their operation with them, so I sent them both an email. Lets see if they respond.



OK, so I filled out the form for my "free sample" of your magic goo LAST JUNE. Never got a confirmation email. Never got my free sample. I never got a stinking thing and neither did any of the 5 pages of guys on Diesel Bombers - Diesel Forum - High Performance, Cummins, Duramax, Powerstroke, TDI . Don't beleive me? Well, we all just called B.S. and forgot about your "offer", but not before telling every diesel owner we know (and we know A LOT) to not waste their time filling out your form or to expect anything in return from you if they already had.



Well, I open the mailbox yesterday and low and behold, there's a bright red envelope with Monster Diesel stamped all over it. It's stuffed with some mighty pretty junk mail and a couple business cards but no additive sample and only 10-MONTHS after the fact! WTF???



Are you guys gonna make good on your offer or do we hafta spread the word to everyone in the diesel industry that you all are just a bunch of rip-off con artists that are just fishing for people's addresses and info?

heres what I sent both of them.

a year ago I filled out a form/survey for a free sample of your product as well as many others on Dieselbombers.com.. We didn't hear anything from your company for almost a year and now I get sales literature in the mail thanking me for my interest in your product. Now I don't mind the sales stuff but many users were hoping you would make right on the free sample. Your product was labeled a fake and not legit. I will post the link to the thread on this email. Word of mouth spreads very quickly (good or bad) on the forum scene. It would do wonders for your sales if you made right on the free sample deal, because all it looks like right now is that you used it for a sales pitch to get your name out without providing a product.
Thank you for your time and I hope I get to try your product out, if it does what it says it can do I will be a loyal user.

Ha! Nice I got the same mailing crap a couple months ago... I opened it laughed and threw it away...

I forgot about the fact that i filled that survey out.....figures it was too good to be true.

 

My wife just brought in the mail and said what is Monster Diesel. MY mailer just showed up today. But no free sample yet

 

same here jazz, today is the first i have ever heard from them, besides the bike they had OCC build. all ive seen from them is advertisement. never read or heard a damn thing about them, unless it was from them. untill i see some facts on it, im just gonna believe it is still a hoax.
