On the 2nd month of running new hydraulic oil (2 gal/month). So far the engine has idled/ran quieter. Has corrosion inhibitor in it which I like cause this ULSD fuel sucks in that department.

I use the Power Service Diesel Kleen Cetane boost. I use the grey bottle in the summer, and the white bottle with anti gel formula in the winter. Haven't had my truck on the winter yet, so I couldn't tell ya about that, but the summer stuff works pretty well. My buddy uses it on his 05 Cummins, and it works well for him.

Ehh. I've seen presentations just like that leading the other way. Only way I'll know for sure is to do the tests myself.

On the 2 stroke band wagon now too.Quiksilver TC-W3 ashless multi use outboard oil,PS grey bottle,250:1 for both of them. The two stroke makes it quieter, and the PS makes it run cleaner.
