punch is nice but so is alittle bit of (moon shine) not mixed to rich though

I'd have to add up the $100 sticker and see how much I'd save per gallon -- then see if I drive that many miles to make up the difference... I haven't even seen punch here in Ponca -- but I bet in Blackwell and some smaller towns I could go find the price!

I'm sure the state would make a KILLING!


and as far as crossing state lines -- if one state does it and its legal where you come from, another state can't say its illegal for you to do whats legal in your home state when it comes to certain laws... I need to go back to school to remember what that was called... as long as you don't buy say red fuel in that state and try to run it on road... you should be fine to cross the border as long as you purchased it in the correct state...

If the state let every one use red diesel then they would lost a lot of tax money.

not really they would only lose the money from the people that actually used there trucks and the ones that don't would just be doing it so that they wouldn't have to pay as much at the pump but wouldn't use enough diesel to pay for it

I believe the feds would cut off the states funding if they passed a law like that.

it would be just like how texas has the speed limit set to 80 on I 10 in west texas so what would be the difference
