my airdog is pretty loud. is this a indication that the pump is goin out, pump is bout month old

its been like this since i put it on, it might have maybe 3 miles on it

I dropped an Airdog II into my buddies '08 Cummins, and that darn thing is loud right from the get go. You can even hear it at an idle if someone is parked next to you. His is mounted on the left frame rail, O/B side, near the rear door. I was supprised how loud that thing really was. However, it has been working like a champ since we installed it, last July/August. I'd say it's probably fine. I'm fixin' to get one, myself!

Mines SUPER quiet. They are loud when they suck air through a fitting...
