Question International 806?

I found a IH 806 for $2500. It dropped a sleeve, now how much is it going to cost to get it re sleeved and new parts? is it worth the money and work? I was told that its 86hp

I wish I had the $$$ for that, I want to build a pulling tractor and that is cheap enough to get a good start since the motor would get completely reworked anyway

They make good grinder/auger tractors. My uncle has two of them and they work great for that, the hydrolics are very weak as mentioned above though.
